Details: 250m SWIM, 9km BIKE, 2km RUN

Date: Saturday 24th September 2011.

Time: 5:30am - Pick pack up for a 6:00am start!

Cost: Free- Bondstock pack
         $10- SAM
         $20- non-SAM/the public
