BONDSTOCK

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.     Tickets are non-refundable and may not be resold at cost or premium, or used for advertising promotion or other commercial purposes, without the written consent of the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Students and Academic Support).  

2.    By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket or payment for By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket or payment for any damages of any kind for any reason whatsoever from us, including shortening or alteration of the event(s). In the case of a cancellation, refunds will be organised through the Bond University Student Association.

3.     Any information collected by the Bond University Student Association will be stored remotely with website company, Sauce Software Pty Ltd. It is confidential and will be solely used in relation to the Bondstock Festival. This includes, but is not limited to, information and promotion about the events that you have purchased tickets to.

4.    The Bondstock website is secured with a Geo Trust SSL certificate 128-bit encryption. No financial data is kept by the Bond University Student Association and all data is confidential.

5.     You agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the licensed venues and all directions from us and any of our employees or agents or the licensed venue during the event(s). You may be removed from the licensed venue if you do not comply with any such directions.

6.    You understand that the nature of the event(s) may have risks and you must take care at all times. You expressly assume all risk incidental to the event(s), whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual conduct of the tour, and you hereby release us, and any other associated parties including all directors, officers, members, shareholders, owners, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing from any and all claims arising from our tour.

7.     You grant us the right to use any image of you in any live or recorded video display or any transmission or reproduction of the event(s). All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce, or recreate the event(s) is reserved by us. You agree not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe on our rights under this clause.

8.     Any images or sound recordings you take during the tour with your camera, video or audio equipment must only be used for private and domestic purposes and you agree that you will not sell, licence, broadcast, publish or otherwise commercially exploit them and in particular make available any footage, sound recording or series of still pictures taken at the event on the internet.

9.    You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety and security of your property that you bring to the event(s).

10.    You agree to compensate us for any damage, loss, liability or injury that we may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the event(s).

11.     These ticket conditions may be supplemented by further oral conditions that we provide to you during the event(s).

12.     You further agree and acknowledge that in your assumption of all risks incidental to the event(s) that we have no obligations to you in any respect whatsoever with respect to the tour operation of the event(s).

13.    You acknowledge that your use of the ticket constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If this ticket was purchased on your behalf you warrant that the purchaser acted as your agent and accepted the terms of this ticket on your behalf.

14.    These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Queensland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place and the Federal Court of Australia.

15.    Severance
(a)    If anything in this agreement:
(i)    is unenforceable, illegal or void; or
(ii)    makes these terms and conditions unenforceable illegal, void or voidable;
then it is severed and the rest of these terms and conditions remains in force (unless to do so would change the underlying principal commercial purposes).

(b)    If it is held by a court that part of the agreement is:
(i)    void, voidable, illegal or unenforceable; or
(ii)    makes the agreement void, voidable, illegal or unenforceable;
that part will be severed from this agreement unless to do so would change the underlying principal commercial purposes of the agreement.

16.    Negative Agreement  - Where in this agreement a party agrees not to do something, the party will not attempt to do that thing nor permit or procure that thing to be done.
 
17.    Implied Provisions inconsistent with Express Provisions - The provisions implied in this agreement by law which are inconsistent with the express provisions of this agreement will, where permitted, be modified to the extent of the inconsistency.

18.    Act or Omission - In this agreement reference to an act or omission by a party includes:
(a)    if a party comprises more than one person, an act or omission by any one or more of those persons;
(b)    permitting or allowing by the party of the act or omission; and
(c)    an act or omission of an employee (whether or not acting within the scope of his or her employment) agent, contractor, or invitee of the party.

19.    No Waiver - Failure or omission by a party at any time to enforce or require strict compliance with a provision of this agreement does not affect, abrogate or modify that provision in any way, or the rights of the party concerned to avail themselves of any remedies they may have for a breach of the provision.

Bondstock will use your personal information for the strict management of your order and will not disclose this information to any third parties. When purchasing from Bondstock your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Your personal information is stored in a secure manner and is used only for the purpose for which you provided it.  

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1/7 2010. Product prices are regularly updated if any price changes occurrs.

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
