Alan White: Convenor

Bondstock is consistently referred to as 'a week like no other' to the entirety of the Bond community. As Convenor of Bondstock 2011, and with my invaluable team of Georgie, Sophie, Sam, Nitesh, Christina, Amy and Tara -building Bondstock up over the past number of months, with many more to follow has ultimately become 'a year like no other'. I study a Bachelor of Communications and a Bachelor of International Relations (Business) with majors in Corporate Communication, Marketing and Public Relations and am the current Vice President of the Bond University Student Association. Besides studying and working for Bond, I do little else except eat, sleep, gym and Bondstock, with the latter taking up the majority of my time. I have had many late nights and early mornings due to Bondstock, and plan to have many more in the weeks leading up to the 18th of September.

Bondstock was once described to me as a student movement of passion and excitement. I can tell you that we, the Bondstock team, are just as passionate to keep the movement alive leading into Bondstock 2011.
